Responsible for building & Involved in testing & defining risks & issues and facilitating team workshops. Create RFCs & risks are reduced before IQ-OQ-PQ, update & maintain CMDB. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to coordinate release schedules & ensure all dependencies are identified, addressed & manage production support issues. Identify, lead change management work for tier 1 and problem solutions for complex issues. BS Degree with 3 Yrs. of exp. in CS, IT, MIS, Engineering (Any), or Foreign Equiv.
