Change CoE Lead CTX
Overview PepsiCo’s Strategy & Transformation (S&T) organization has been established to drive PepsiCo’s Digital Transformation and critical strategic initiatives globally, for all sectors and functions. Within the S&T organization, we are building our Change Center of Excellence. The Change COE enables the S&T strategic agenda by providing CM expertise supporting PepsiCo’s “Big Bets.” The Change CoE will lead Change Management for priority transformation programs by owning change management, global frameworks and tools, and through growing S&T Change talent. To enable this purpose, we are looking for a Change Management Senior Manager with change expertise and proven experienced supporting large and complex transformational projects; applying change tools and techniques to assess, diagnose, design, support, deliver and execute custom solutions needed for the successful delivery of the project. This role will work with key stakeholders across programs, and focused on developing, managing, and executing transformational activities. Responsibilities Cost Transformation Accelerator (CTX) is a capability to drive strategic transformation of our costs that enable PepsiCo’s ambitious growth & profitability aspirations. The team’s mandate is to increase the organization’s visibility and understanding of our costs while helping sectors and markets translate that understanding into actionable insights for them to pursue. The CTX team has two core pillars: 1) Global Benchmarking and Visibility and 2) Profit-to-Serve (PTS). Both pillars will be building new digital tools to improve the organization’s capabilities will also leading processes in partnership with local teams to identify actionable insights. The CTX team is going to build a game-changing approach that leverages emerging technology, a robust cost framework linking costs to key choices and operational performance end-to-end along the value chain, and allows key users to do enhanced, AI enabled analytics faster, more frequently, and in a highly cross-functional and interconnected way. The primary responsibility for this role will be formulating and implementing enterprise-wide change management strategies and plans to help embody the mindsets and behaviors needed for a successful rollout of new digital tools and processes. The CM COE, Senior Manager, for CTX will oversee and manage all facets of organizational change. This includes assessing change strategy and readiness, engaging stakeholders, developing and executing communication and training strategies, creating and delivering training outline and content, identifying quick wins, crafting success and inspirational stories, promoting process and tool adoption, enabling new ways of working, and, if necessary, contributing to organizational design. This role will be reporting into the Strategy & Transformation - Transformation and Process Excellence Change Management COE Lead with a matrixed reporting relationship into the Senior Director CTX Transformation and is responsible to lead and coordinate a smooth change journey in partnership with key stakeholders. Responsibilities: Partner with global program leadership and market teams to shape Change Management program strategy. Develop and execute detailed change management plan for CTX local and global sprints - plan, integrate and sustain for every market. Identify and assess Market complexity, readiness, change integration/interdependency opportunities and risks. Map key leadership stakeholders across functions and sectors and steers program-level engagements and tailored interventions to mitigate adoption risks. Develop the strategy to engage and successfully maintain strong relationships with global and functional leadership teams (SVPs, VPs) to execute the transformation at scale to create conviction in Reimagining Work and enable the successful adoption and outcomes of the new e2e process. Influence senior stakeholders across the organization to achieve the CTX strategic agenda Collaborate closely with the CTX Global Process Owner and other CM leads in the successful transformation initiatives (e.g., PGT, IBP, etc.) and evolution of S&T strategy to E2E Drive program`s specific high level change impact workshops to identify key impacts and identify potential change risks to design and deliver organizational enablers that promote readiness actions and ultimately adoption. Shape program-level key communications such as ‘case for change’, WIIFM, change narratives and success stories to inspire and embed long lasting change and socializes these communications using multiple channels such as SharePoint. Develop a training strategy and plan that aligns with program and market needs. Conduct needs assessments to identify learning objectives and training requirements. Ensure holistic integration of system content (e.g., navigation steps, screenshots), process instructions, and people-oriented content (e.g., behavioral changes) into training materials. Embed CTX mindsets & behaviors into core ways of working & thinking. Steer program-level engagements and tailored interventions to mitigate adoption risks. Implement holistic measurement strategy to measure cultural and talent readiness, employee adoption, and effectiveness of change planning. Identify and partner with local change networks to support roll-out and sustainment of Market Transformation as appropriate. Lead the deployment of tactical change strategy and execution by ensuring that all the change management deliverables are delivered Self-motivated and possessing the ability to operate with minimal supervision and make informed, well-reasoned decisions. independently and with limited guidance, usually within a complex and often ambiguous environment. Working with relevant stakeholders (including SMEs) to build change management understanding and ensure leaders are prepared to effectively lead and embed change with their teams. Compensation and Benefits: The expected compensation range for this position is between $114,700 - $192,100. Location, confirmed job-related skills, experience, and education will be considered in setting actual starting salary. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range during the hiring process. Bonus based on performance and eligibility target payout is 15% of annual salary paid out annually. Paid time off subject to eligibility, including paid parental leave, vacation, sick, and bereavement.
