What We Are Looking For

3D Systems, a global leader in 3D printing solutions, seeks a dedicated Manager of Change Control. That will lead a team of Change Control Coordinators in the execution of the 3D Systems Change Management Process and maintenance of core 3D Systems Master Data.  Working closely with your team of direct reports and supporting functions such as Engineering, Field Service, Operations, Procurement, Product Managers, and Quality, you will own the end-to-end change process necessary to maintain accurate master data.

What You Will Need

Act as the application owner for the Agile PLM system

Work to strengthen the end-to-end change control process through continuous improvement and development of departmental KPIs

Ensure compliance with 3D Systems control points within master data

Support daily activities through execution of orders within the Agile platform

Drive accountability within the process by measuring and reporting on change performance

Partner with supporting functions to address and test bugs, system enhancements, and future version updates

Facilitate workout problem-solving sessions with multiple groups of people.

Synthesize findings, derive conclusions from analyses, and make oral/written recommendations to upper management.

Execute tasks related to core operations projects and/or process improvements.

Communicate issues and roadblocks related to their areas of responsibility.

Education and Training

Bachelor’s degree

7 years’ experience in process improvement in a manufacturing setting

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities

 

Ability to adapt to and drive change

Attention to detail

Strong collaboration mindset and communication skills

Intellectual curiosity and a willingness to be challenged

Experience with a global organization

Excellent process discipline 

Self-starter with the ability to manage multiple priorities
