Let’s Talk About the Role 

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Change Director to lead the organizational change strategy and execution for our Global ERP Transformation Program (Ignite Program). This role is crucial in ensuring the seamless adoption of new business processes and systems, driving enterprise-wide engagement, training, and stakeholder alignment. The Change Director will collaborate closely with our Systems Integration Partner and leadership team to establish a structured and outcome-driven approach to change management. 

Let’s Talk About Responsibilities: 

Lead a large-scale global ERP transformation program change team, ensuring business readiness, change management, and user adoption. 

Drive end-to-end change management initiatives across global regions and functions. 

Develop and execute a structured change management strategy and plans that align with industry best practices and the needs of a global ERP transformation. 

Interpret complex systems and process architectures to understand technology and process change, directing Change Management teams to prepare and lead the organization through the transformation journey. 

Manage the relationship with the Systems Integration (SI) Partner change team, ensuring change management deliverables align with our objectives. 

Collaborate with the Genesis Program Core Team, including the Program Director, Project Managers, and other key stakeholders, to ensure alignment and integration of change management activities. 

Build and lead a high-performing global change management team, fostering collaboration between internal teams and the SI Partner. 

Develop and implement a structured change agent network to drive adoption across business units. 

Work closely with test and support teams to understand operational and team requirements and impacts, preparing the change journey to ensure those streams are adequately supported. 

Define and implement key change management metrics, ensuring timely tracking of adoption, training completion, and business readiness. 

Champion a culture of agility, innovation, and collaboration throughout the ERP transformation journey. 

Let’s talk about Qualifications & Experience: 

Proven experience in leading large-scale business transformation, preferably in a complex, global organization with a focus on technology programs. 

Strong understanding of change management principles, methodologies, and tools. 

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels. 

Exceptional stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence executive leadership, business process owners, and operational teams. 

Experience managing complex vendor relationships, ensuring alignment with program objectives, quality control, and governance. 

Strong program and project management skills, with expertise in Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid methodologies. 

Ability to think critically and solve problems, with a focus on continuous improvement. 

Experience in developing and delivering training programs and materials. 

Preferred: 

Proficiency in structured change management frameworks and experience applying them in ERP implementations. 

Knowledge of ERP change management best practices, benchmarking strategies, and continuous improvement methodologies. 

Experience in the Life Sciences, Healthcare, Medical Technology, or technology sectors. 

Familiarity with Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP or other large-scale cloud-based ERP solutions.
