Change Enablement Manager

Business Unit: Strategic Planning & Portfolio Management, COO
Salary Range: £47,200 - £60,000 depending on experience 
Location: UK Hybrid with travel to a local hub (Glasgow, Newcastle or Leeds) roughly once per quarter
Contract type: Permanent

Our Team
Reporting to the Change Assurance Manager, you'll be responsible for transforming quality insights into meaningful information with the aim of improving standards, productivity and create a community of change. You'll embed a culture of continuous improvement, refining the processes underpinning the framework, and ensuring alignment with organisational goals, compliance standards, and best practices.

What you’ll be doing
• Developing and implementing the systems, processes, and ways of working to develop and sustain a high performing team and delivery capability.
• Aligning change initiatives with organisational goals and strategies.
• Building relationships with key stakeholders to secure buy-in and support for changes.
• Acting as a trusted adviser to the change community on change management best practices.
• Developing clear and compelling delivery plans to ensure transparency and awareness of changes.
• Creating and delivering training programs to equip colleagues with the skills and knowledge needed for transitions.
• Providing hands-on support to teams and individuals during change initiatives.
• Identifying lessons learned and applying them to future change efforts.

We need you to have
• Knowledge of change management processes and policies within Change Risk
• Experience in Project Management and Business Analysis practices
• Project delivery experience of medium to large projects
• Highly effective communication and problem-solving skills
• A track record of delivering continuous improvement
• Experience of positively influencing senior stakeholders

It’s a bonus if you have but not essential
• A good understanding of risk and governance frameworks
• Strong track record of providing challenge to deliver improved results
• Experience of financial institutions including key drivers of performance
