Change & Implementation Manager

This is an exciting new opportunity to join the GXO team as a Change & Implementation Project Manager. Dedicated to our M&S operations in Thorncliffe and Ollerton, you’ll be responsible for the end-to-end delivery of strategic projects at both sites, utilising your experience and skillset to deliver successful change management.

 

This is a full time, permanent role. The working hours are Monday to Friday 37.5 per week, with some flexibility on start time between 08:00 and 09:00.

What you’ll do on a typical day:

 

Utilise the CI, MI and the planning teams, working closely with the site operational teams to implement new initiatives, delivering projects in full and on time – that crucially deliver what we set out to achieve Ensure planning & CI departments are aligned, with a clear plan underpinned by the site labour strategy & CI plan Deliver cost savings against key KPI’s through CI initiatives, management information and planning effectively Chair and attend project meetings with both the site team and customer and delivering customer updates on benefit and risk, with a detailed plan

 

What you need to succeed at GXO:

 

Experience in a similar role, ideally change management or project delivery with a proven track record in delivering change to deliver value of scale to customers Stakeholder management is key, with this role being customer facing daily and also the key link to site operational teams, you will have the abolity to clearly relay the impact, both benefits and risk to the site teams and the customer The role will require using a continuous improvement mindset to drive operational excellence, delivering on customer KPI's and future proofing the site Pince2 and/or Sigma qualified would be beneficial
