Change Management

Job Description & Skill Requirement:

 

'•    Assess the impact of change requests and decide whether to accept or reject them 
•    Create strategies to facilitate change and employee adoption 
•    Ensure that changes are communicated effectively to employees and other stakeholders 
•    Provide support to employees throughout the transition 
•    Introduce programs to upskill employees and align their skills with the organization's needs 
•    Continuously monitor progress and make necessary adjustments 
•    Document change management processes and change plans 
•    Track engineering changes, work instruction changes, and standard process document changes throughout the review and approval process
•    Coordinate with reviewers and approvers to collect feedback on engineering or process changes
•    Review engineering changes for requirements changes such as material, shape, marking, testing, etc.

 

Qualification:

Any bachelor's degree in engineering, Business & management
