Change Management Administrator

Our corporate office in Livonia, Michigan is currently seeking an Change Management Administrator to join our ever-growing Information Technology team.  The essential function of this role is crucial in our IT department. This role is responsible for supporting and rolling out comprehensive change management plans and strategies during technology rollouts across the organization using the Prosci ADKAR model. The goal is to ensure all employees are ready for changes in our IT systems and software.

Primary Responsibilities: 

Develop and Execute Strategies for New Technologies and Change Management:

Create and manage the execution of communication plans to roll out new technologies. Develop and implement rollout strategies and plans for these new technologies. Utilize the Prosci ADKAR model to develop and manage comprehensive change management plans for IT projects. Prepare employees for change, oversee and execute the change process, and reinforce the new practices once implemented. Collaborate with key IT and functional business stakeholders to develop and execute these change management plans.

 

Evaluate Training and Change Management Effectiveness:

Continuously assess the impact of rollout strategies, training programs, and change management plans. Make necessary improvements to enhance effectiveness. Administer Training Sessions: Conduct regular training sessions for employees in group settings and one-on-one.

 

Develop Training Materials:

Create user-friendly training materials for various IT systems and software, including written guides, video tutorials, and interactive modules. Stay Current with IT Trends: Keep abreast of new IT systems and software developments. Update change management plans and training materials accordingly.

 

Educational/Background Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in IT, Communications, or a related field. Minimum of 3 years of experience in IT training, change management, or a similar role. Experience in developing change management plans and conducting training sessions. Familiarity with the Prosci ADKAR model or other change management methodologies. Ability to explain complex IT concepts in a non-technical manner. Strong communication skills (both written and verbal). Proficiency in various IT systems and software (Monday.com, MS PowerPoint, MS SharePoint, Scribe, Loom, etc.)
