Change Management Analyst
**Description** + Assist in developing and executing change management strategies. + Conduct change impact assessments to identify areas of potential resistance and opportunities for engagement. + Develop and deliver communication plans, training programs, and stakeholder engagement strategies to ensure understanding and adoption of changes. + Collaborate with project teams, functional leads, and senior leaders to integrate change management activities into project plans. + Track and analyze adoption metrics, employee feedback, and organizational readiness to recommend adjustments to change management strategies. + Create and maintain documentation related to change initiatives, including stakeholder analyses, readiness assessments, and feedback reports. + Provide coaching and support to managers and supervisors to facilitate their role as change champions. + The ability to handle stress and work well with others are essential functions of this position. + The ability to maintain regular and punctual attendance and to work additional hours outside regular office hours is an essential function of this position. **Minimum Qualifications** Bachelor’s degree in Organizational Development, Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field is preferred. Experience may be substituted for educational requirements. **REQUIRED CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS** Valid driver's license required. **PREFERRED CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS** + Experience creating training curriculum and deploying training programs is preferred. + 3-5 years of experience in change management, organizational development, or a related field is preferred. + Prosci Change Management certification or similar change management methodology certification preferred. **ENVIRONMENTAL CONDITIONS** The following work environment characteristics described here are representative of those an employee encounters while performing essential functions of this job. Familiarity with change management frameworks (e.g., ADKAR). Excellent communication and presentation skills, with experience tailoring messages to diverse audiences. Performs any other related duties required or assigned. Experience or familiarity with managing change in a complex, matrixed organization. Strong communication, interpersonal, and facilitation skills.
