**Description:**
As a Change Management Analyst/Practitioner, you will play a pivotal role in facilitating organizational transformation and ensuring the successful execution of change initiatives. This role sits in the recently formed Change Management Office (CMO) and supports enterprise change initiatives. In this role, you will be responsible for contributing to various aspects of change management, including strategy execution, communication development, training development and delivery, project management, and resource creation.
**Key responsibilities will include:**
1. **Change Strategy Execution:**
2. Assist in the development and execution of change management strategies that align with organizational goals and objectives.
3. Support the implementation of tools and processes aimed at enhancing the organization's change management capabilities.
4. Partner with change and project management vendors to elevate change management capabilities across the organization
5. **Communication:**
6. Create and execute communication plans to inform, engage, and empower team members throughout the change process.
7. Develop project-related messaging and content.
8. Partner with corporate communications and others in the change management office (CMO) to develop enterprise-wide messaging and content related to large-scale change initiatives, such as transform & modernize for growth
9. **Training Development and Delivery:**
10. Support the design and development of training programs to equip team members with the necessary skills and knowledge to adapt to change.
11. Assist in the delivery of training sessions as needed.
12. Partner with learning and talent development team to conduct needs assessments and recommend/create solutions to close core technical learning gaps, as it relates to areas of responsibility.
13. Work with subject matter experts (SMEs) to develop appropriate curricula and resources to address the highest priority needs to include Transform & Modernize for Growth and other change initiatives as assigned.
14. Collaborates with team members and leaders to effectively implement change initiatives by coaching team members and leaders, providing applicable change resources, and providing feedback on strengths and areas that need improvement.
15. **Project Management:**
16. Collaborate with project managers and change management leads to ensure the seamless integration of change management efforts into project plans.
17. Help manage multiple change projects simultaneously, ensuring they stay on track and meet objectives.
18. **Resource Creation:**
19. Assist in the creation of change management resources, including guides, toolkits, and templates, to aid in the change management process.
20. Contribute to the development of change-related documentation and materials.
**Qualifications:**
Level of position offered (Change Management Analyst or Change Management Practitioner will be based on candidate’s experience and skill set.)
+ A bachelor's degree.
+ 3+ years of experience in change management activities such as writing communication, building training, or developing resources and plans to support project and change efforts.
+ Self-motivated with the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
+ Ability to collaborate and build relationships with cross-functional teams, leaders and key stakeholders.
+ Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
+ Well-developed leadership, coaching and persuasive skills.
+ Proven interpersonal, problem solving and decision-making skills.
+ Must be a Citizen or National of the United States, a lawful, permanent resident, or have authorization to work in the United States.

**Preferred Qualifications:**
+ Experience working in a plant production environment, human resources, project management, or change management
+ A record of successful project management and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
+ Proven ability to present effectively to groups.
+ Prosci Certification
**Location:**

At Hormel Foods, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. The base hiring pay range for this role is between **$80,800-$122,300 per year** , and your actual base pay within that range will depend upon a variety of factors including, but not limited to, job-related knowledge, skill set, level of experience, and geographic market location.
