We are seeking an experienced Change Management Communications Manager who, specifically, will work on internal and external communications and project related content to cover three high-profile and complex building strategies (“metro strategies”) sequentially within three culturally diverse and key cities across Asia.The expected duration of this entire program is across multiple years. The Client is a well-respected international financial institution operating commercial and retail businesses across 52 countries.

About the Role:
As the Change Management Communications Manager, you will play a pivotal role in developing and implementing tailored, effective internal communications strategies and content to engage with employees at different levels of seniority.Define, develop and execute an integrated multi-channel internal communications plan aligned to Project priorities across the three city locations in partnership with the Project Stakeholder Engagement Lead and [Program Director].Develop methods and demonstrate a good understanding of on-ground sentiments in partnership with the Project Stakeholder Engagement Lead plus the local CRES, be able to synthesize returned data and present key insights discovered through the engagement and communication strategies.Track key performance indicators (KPIs) for communication efforts and report to senior leadership regularly. Analyse data to evaluate communication strategies' effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.Consistently stay in touch with the new trends/concepts developed by the Global Total Workplace Thought Leadership to ensure consistent messages and narrative are delivered.About You:
Masters or Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or related field; with at least 5 years of Asia communications experience, ideally with a mix of agency and in-house experience, preferably in the real estate and finance sector.Excellent command of written and spoken English, exceptional writing and editing skills for diverse audience.Proven track record in developing and executing successful internal and external communication strategies.Has experience in creating and/or maintaining SharePoint sites for the purpose of effective communication.Capable of working with a remote operations team in an agile and fast-paced environment.Why join Cushman & Wakefield?
