Change Management Consultant


We are searching for an experienced Change Management Consultant at our Saudi Arabia facility. 

Primary Duties and Responsibilities: 

The Change Management Consultant will be required to support the Strategic Management Office of the National Agricultural Services Company. The consultant will play a crucial role in facilitating organizational change and transformation as part of our strategic initiatives from July to December 2024. This position is for a 5-month contract from Sept to Jan 2025, with the possibility of extension based on project needs and performance. 


Key Responsibilities: 

Identify potential gaps and challenges in the company's strategic transformation journey. Research and study best practices in regional and global change management to enhance the company's ability to effectively manage changes. Develop an annual change management and communication plan in coordination with senior management. Monitor the implementation of plan activities with all relevant stakeholders within the company (e.g., corporate communications). Prepare all templates associated with this phase (e.g., gap analysis models, impact assessment). Support the implementation of strategic initiatives by providing guidance on change management aspects. Collaborate with other team members to ensure alignment between change management activities and overall strategic goals. 

 Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, or related field. Master's degree preferred. Minimum of 5 years of experience in change management, preferably in the agricultural sector or related industries. Proven track record of successfully implementing change management strategies in large organizations. Strong knowledge of change management methodologies and best practices. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels. Fluency in Arabic and English (both written and spoken). 

Desired Skills:

Experience working on government or semi-government transformation projects. Certification in change management methodologies (e.g., PROSCI, ADKAR) is a plus. Knowledge of project management principles.
