Suzano S.A. is the he largest pulp manufacturer in the world, one of the largest paper producers in Latin America and the leader in the toilet paper segment in Brazil. The Pine Bluff Paper Mill is located in Pine Bluff, Arkansas, less than an hour from Little Rock in scenic southeast Arkansas. It is the largest industrial employer in Jefferson County. Opened in 1958, Pine Bluff is home to the world's largest gable-top liquid packaging paperboard machine. In addition to producing paperboard for cartons, the facility also produces coated paper for magazines.

Responsibilities

Position Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Change Management Specialist to lead and support our organizational transformation efforts, particularly focusing on culture and communication. This role will involve working closely with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and monitor change management initiatives that align with our company's growth and cultural values. The ideal candidate has experience in a company with a strong cultural foundation and understands how to effectively communicate transformative messages to teams.

 

Key Responsibilities:

Develop Change Strategies: Create and execute comprehensive change management plans tailored to each initiative, incorporating best practices to ensure smooth transitions.Communicate Effectively: Design and deliver targeted communications that address the needs of diverse employee groups, ensuring clarity and alignment on goals, impacts, and benefits of changes.Stakeholder Engagement: Work closely with leadership and key stakeholders to understand their needs, address concerns, and provide support during the change process.Risk and Impact Analysis: Conduct assessments to identify potential risks and impacts on employees, adjusting strategies as needed to mitigate resistance and enhance acceptance.Training and Support: Design and coordinate training sessions to equip employees with the knowledge and skills required to adapt to new processes, tools, or organizational shifts.Culture Alignment: Collaborate with HR and other departments to embed changes within our company culture, ensuring that new initiatives align with our core values and mission.Feedback Loops: Implement mechanisms to gather and act on employee feedback throughout the change process, making adjustments as necessary for continuous improvement.Measurement and Reporting: Establish metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of change initiatives and report on progress, challenges, and outcomes to stakeholders. Qualifications

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Organizational Development, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.5+ years of experience in change management, communications, or a related field, preferably in a multinational or culturally diverse organization.Strong understanding of change management methodologies, tools, and best practices.Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex messages simply and effectively.Proven track record of supporting large-scale transformation projects, with a focus on cultural integration and employee engagement.Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities effectively.Experience in the manufacturing or industrial sector is a plus.

Location Requirements:

This position is based in Pine Bluff, Arkansas. Candidates should be open to travel as needed to support change initiatives in other locations.
