The Opportunity
As part of our growth ambitions, we are recruiting a Change Management Consultant to join our team. The Change Management Consultant will play a central role in shaping our clients’ strategic change ambitions, leading transformation across people, processes and technology. You will be a key member of a collaborative team which provides strategy, communications, and transport advisory. As this is an area of increasing importance to our clients, this role provides excellent opportunities for career progression.
As a Change Management Consultant at Arup, you will:
Lead in the development and implementation of organisational change management strategies for clients across the public and private sector Engage with project stakeholders to effectively manage change Collaborate in the development of visions, strategies and plans addressing emerging organisational challenges Conduct analysis of organisational operating models and business assessments Take ownership of projects across planning, implementation, and evaluation Build trusted client relationships, through understanding of the client’s business Prepare presentations and reports with an attention to detail and focus on quality Mentor and develop junior team members, fostering a culture of collaboration and knowledge sharing Support business development opportunities

Essential
Degree qualified and have 5+ years relevant experience Experience in delivering organisational change management using recognised tools and methodology Experience in developing and executing successful strategies & plans for organisations Good interpersonal and networking skills, with the ability to lead and inspire teams Capable of working well as part of a team as well as independently, across multiple projects Demonstrate a proactive attitude, take initiative, and eager to engage in all aspects of work Superior written and verbal communications skillsDesirable
A working understanding of operating models and business assessments Experience designing and facilitating workshops Project management and consulting experience and/or accreditation Interest in infrastructure, transport, urban and regional developmentWhy Arup?
