We are currently seeking a dynamic, collaboration-focused individual, with a track record of successfully leading organizations through change, to join our Change Management Division. In this role, you will serve as a thought leader, focusing on driving sustainable longer-term change within the organization. The position will routinely coordinate with the transformation office, initiative owners and leaders at all levels to deliver a holistic set of tools and best practices used to facilitate change and ensure a successful transformation. This role will work to drive faster adoption, higher ultimate utilization and greater proficiency of the large-scale changes that impact employees in the organization to increase benefit realization, value creation, ROI and the achievement of results and targeted outcomes.
