As the Change Management Specialist within the Business Strategy and Enablement team, you will play a crucial role in driving successful organizational transformations across the Workforce Staffing’s (WFS) organization. This position is responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive change management strategies to ensure smooth adoption of new initiatives, processes, and technologies. The role will focus on creating a positive change culture, minimizing resistance, and maximizing the benefits of organizational changes.
The successful candidate will be a strategic thinker with strong interpersonal skills and a deep understanding of change management methodologies. You will need to demonstrate the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels, create compelling communications, and analyze data to measure and improve change effectiveness. This role requires a blend of strategic planning, tactical execution, and the ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment.
Key job responsibilities
* Design and execute comprehensive change management strategies aligned with organizational goals and initiatives
* Develop frameworks, tools, and processes to standardize the approach to managing change across various teams
* Create communication strategies to build awareness, excitement, and buy-in for organizational changes
Stakeholder Management:
* Lead early stakeholder engagement efforts to understand potential resistance points and tailor strategies accordingly
* Partner with change champions across the organization to drive alignment and foster adoption
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent messaging and approach to change initiatives
Training and Adoption:
* Develop and deliver interactive training sessions that go beyond basic onboarding
* Create and manage feedback loops to adjust strategies in real-time based on user input
* Design and implement adoption tracking mechanisms to measure the success of change initiatives
Data Analysis:
* Leverage data to drive continuous improvement in change management practices
* Track adoption rates, engagement metrics, and qualitative feedback through surveys and focus groups
* Analyze data to refine approaches and demonstrate the impact of change management efforts
Campaign Management:
* Create and execute multi-faceted change campaigns utilizing various channels (e.g., town halls, leadership messages, visual communications)
* Develop success stories and showcase pilot programs to build excitement and encourage adoption
* Design programs to reward early adopters and maintain momentum throughout the change process
Basic Qualifications
* 5+ years of experience in change management, organizational development, or a related field
* Proven track record of successfully leading large-scale organizational change initiatives
* Strong understanding of change management methodologies and best practices
* Excellent communication skills with the ability to create compelling narratives and presentations
* Experience in stakeholder management and the ability to influence without direct authority
* Demonstrated ability to analyze data and use insights to drive decision-making
* Proficiency in project management and collaboration tools
Preferred Qualifications
* Change management certification (e.g., Prosci, CCMP)
* Experience working in a global, fast-paced environment, preferably in tech or HR operations
* Knowledge of adult learning principles and experience in developing training programs
* Familiarity with data visualization tools and techniques
* Experience with Agile methodologies and their application to change management
