As a Change Management Lead, you will be responsible for managing changes across multiple projects or programs within a portfolio, with a strategic and high-level focus. This role will involve the coordination and implementation of change strategies for organizations to ensure smooth transitions with minimal disruption and risk. The ideal candidate is an experienced change manager with a real passion and curiosity for driving and delivering effective business change
You will report to the Manager, Change Management based in US
You will have experience organizational change management and project management
You will have demonstrated the ability develop change strategies following Prosci and Kotter Methodologies
Responsibilities
You will help develop and maintain change management strategies to support organizational initiatives and projects
Works at a higher strategic level, ensuring that changes align with the overall portfolio strategy and organizational objectives
Focuses on managing changes across a portfolio of projects or programs. You will oversee multiple projects that are often interconnected or aligned with broader organizational goals
Develop comprehensive change management plans that outline strategies, objectives, and timelines for managing changes across the portfolio
Assess and mitigate risks associated with changes. This involves identifying potential issues, developing contingency plans, and monitoring risk factors throughout the change process
You will have strong stakeholder management
You will have executive presence and communication
You will conduct change management impact assessments for large projects
You will have strong business acumen, with a stakeholder management mindset and the ability to collaborate across multiple organization, including cross-functional teams in various locations and time zones
Provide capacity and change utilization insight to enable thoughtful and strategic alignment across business priorities
As needed, provide additional and ad hoc change management consulting, organizational development, and project management activities on an array of strategic initiatives
You will be monitoring and reporting on the change initiatives and their impact
You will identify risks, anticipate, and manage resistance, develop risk mitigation plans
Responsible for communicating change concepts and abstract concepts to a variety of audiences
You will identify key areas of skills, outcomes and behavioral changes and best ways to deliver change
Lead and coach important partners in change management process and strategy
You will foster healthy working relationships with project teams, executive sponsors, stakeholders, and managers at all levels
Minimum Qualifications
You have a bachelor's in business administration or related field
You have a Prosci Change Management Certification
6 or more years in change management
3 or more years in Organizational Change Management
You will have experience in successful development and execution of change management strategies
You will have experience with change management, organizational development, and project management across multiple organizations
Demonstrate public speaking skills
Demonstrate understanding of change management best practices
You will have analytical, and problem-solving skills
Strong track record of managing and prioritizing cross-functional portfolio of change projects, with emphasis on go-to-market approaches
This is a remote role, but you will travel to your customer and planning meetings both locally and internationally (less than 30%)
