Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive Change Management Lead to join our Technology & Innovation Organization (TIO). This role will be pivotal in aligning change management initiatives with TIO strategy, enhancing employee communications, and supporting TIO executive communications. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter who can own projects from beginning to end and adhere to the ADKAR methodology.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement change management programs and initiatives that align with TIO's overall strategy and operating model.Enhance employee communications to ensure clear and effective messaging.Support TIO executive communications to ensure alignment and consistency.Proactively identify and address potential challenges and risks associated with change initiatives.Collaborate across the TIO leadership team to ensure successful implementation of change initiatives.Monitor and report on the progress of change initiatives.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Organizational Development, or a related field.Typically has 10+ years of work experience, preferably in strategy, planning, operations, market research, or a related field.​Certification in Change Management (e.g., Prosci, CCMP) is preferred.Experience with project management tools and software is preferred.Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.Proven ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically.Experience in employee and executive communications.Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

The base pay range for this role is $130,350 to $200,750 annually with additional opportunities for pay in the form of bonus and/or equity (applies to US candidates only).  Pay varies by work location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
