Change Management Lead

The Opportunity

Effective Change Management is a critical component in ensuring successful process changes and organizational initiatives. The Change Management Leader will work closely with leaders across the business to develop, implement, and evolve Ulteig’s change management strategy and methodologies, aligning them with the company’s objectives, operational needs, and strategic plan. This role will play a key part in driving adoption and proficiency across the organization to maximize the business benefits of change initiatives. 

What You’ll Do

Lead Organizational Change Management Strategy: Design and implement a companywide strategy and methodology for Change Management that aligns with Ulteig’s business objectives and enhances the ability to drive effective change.

Create and Maintain Change Management Resources: Develop tools, templates, process documentation, and information management strategies to support the deployment of Change Management initiatives across the organization. Ensure that these resources are kept current, accessible, and scalable.

Advance Change Management Maturity: Lead efforts to increase the maturity of the Change Management discipline within Ulteig. Collaborate with leadership to develop a sustainable framework and continuous improvement processes.

Drive Change Adoption and Impact: Lead significant change initiatives using structured methodologies (e.g., LEAP, ADKAR, Prosci). Manage key change management activities, including assessments, stakeholder mapping, and change readiness evaluations.

Provide Coaching and Mentoring: Offer training, coaching, and mentoring to leaders, managers, and change agents. Enable them to successfully guide their teams through the change process and build internal Change Management capabilities.

Collaborate with Leaders: Partner with leaders across the organization to integrate Change Management strategies into project planning and execution. Ensure alignment between project timelines and Change Management deliverables.

Manage Portfolio of Change Efforts: Support the management and prioritization of the company’s portfolio of change initiatives. This includes overseeing communication strategies, awareness-building activities, and aligning change initiatives with broader organizational goals.

Define and Measure Success Metrics: Establish clear, measurable success criteria for individual change initiatives and overall Change Management effectiveness. Regularly assess performance against these metrics to ensure continuous improvement.

Engage Stakeholders Across the Organization: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring that their needs are understood and addressed in the Change Management process. Facilitate feedback loops to monitor progress and adjust strategies as needed.

Foster a Change-Ready Culture: Develop and implement strategies to foster a culture that embraces change, including promoting the benefits of change initiatives, reducing resistance, and increasing organizational resilience to change.

Monitor and Report on Change Initiatives: Regularly track and report on the progress of change initiatives to leadership, identifying areas of risk, success stories, and lessons learned.

Stay Current on Change Management Trends: Stay up-to-date on industry best practices, methodologies, and trends to ensure that Ulteig’s Change Management practices remain effective and innovative.

What We Expect from You

Bachelor’s degree or higher in a technical or business discipline, or equivalent experience/education 7+ years of related work experience Demonstrated experience leading or supporting the development of an enterprise-wide Change Management methodology or program Demonstrated experience leading large-scale organizational change efforts Deep experience with and knowledge of change management principles, methodologies and tools Change Management certification in an industry-leading methodology (for example: Prosci, Kotter) is desired Excellent communication skills, both written and oral, with all levels of an organization and with clients Strong training, coaching and mentoring skills Strong time management and workload management, must possess the ability to successfully manage multiple projects and assignments concurrently Strong desire and ability to foster effective working relationships with leaders and individual contributors across the organization Familiarity with Risk Management, Project Management, and Strategic Planning methodologies is desired Familiarity with Continuous Improvement methodologies (for example: Lean, Six Sigma, PDCA) is desired Advanced proficiency with MS Office suite including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio Ability to travel in the U.S. and Canada up to 25% Must have authorization to work permanently in the U.S.

Additional Opportunity Details:
Target Base Compensation Range for this role is $102,900 - $139,200
* Factors that may be used to determine your actual salary include your job specific skills, education, training, job location, number of years of experience related to this role and comparison to other employees already in this role
