Change Management Lead
We are seeking an experienced Change Management Lead to oversee the organizational transition for an SAP Integration Upgrade project. This role is responsible for developing and implementing change management strategies that ensure a smooth transition, minimize resistance, and maximize user adoption across all impacted teams. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of SAP systems, business processes, and organizational change principles.
Key Responsibilities:
Change Strategy & Planning:
Develop and execute a comprehensive change management strategy for the SAP integration upgrade.
Conduct change impact assessments to identify how system upgrades affect processes, roles, and stakeholders.
Define and monitor key change management success metrics (e.g., user adoption, training effectiveness).
Stakeholder Engagement & Communication:
Develop and manage a communication plan to ensure clear and timely updates to stakeholders.
Identify key stakeholders and create strategies to manage resistance and encourage buy-in.
Facilitate leadership alignment sessions to ensure executive sponsors actively support the change.
Training & User Adoption:
Work closely with Learning & Development teams to develop and deliver SAP end-user training programs.
Develop user-friendly materials such as job aids, FAQs, and process guides.
Implement and support user adoption initiatives, including coaching sessions and hands-on training.
Risk Management & Readiness:
Identify and mitigate change-related risks that could impact project success.
Conduct readiness assessments to evaluate organizational preparedness.
Provide ongoing feedback and adjustments to ensure smooth adoption.
