Change Management Lead

Purpose:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Change Management Lead to help transform Chubb Life products, customer experience and internal operations.

You will report directly to the Chief Transformation Officer and ensure that changes are implemented effectively, stakeholders are supported, and the organization is able to adapt quickly while maintaining operational stability.

 

Responsibilities:

Work with the Chief Transformation Officer to develop and execute a comprehensive Change Management strategy Help create an environment and mindset, across the organization, that is conducive to change Develop Change Management processes and tools to support strategic transformation projects Plan and execute Change Management activities to support enterprise-wide transformation goals Identify key stakeholders across the organization, assess change readiness and work to secure their buy-in. This includes leaders, employees, and external partners, ensuring that everyone understands the change and its potential benefits Prepare impact analyses and evaluate the actual impact of changes Analyze and prepare risk mitigation tactics and processes Develop clear communication plans to ensure all affected parties are informed about the change, including timelines, expectations, and support structures Assess training needs and develop training plans to educate stakeholders on new systems, tools, or processes, to ensure they can confidently navigate and adopt the change Help integrate Change Management activities into the existing project plans and ensure appropriate Change Management activities are embedded into all future projects Define and measure appropriate Change Management success criteria for each strategic transformation initiative Monitor the progress of the impact of the change.  Collect feedback to identify any issues.  Adjust Change Management strategies, as necessary, to ensure successful adoption and sustainability Provide Change Management advice to project teams, as necessary Remain current with the latest best practices and principles of effective Change Management 5+ years’ experience as a Change Manager working on a large-scale digital transformation programmes Superior analytical and problem-solving skills, with expertise in quantitative qualitative process analysis techniques, process metrics and performance measurement Effective oral and written communication, leadership, project management, and teamwork skills with an ability to interact effectively with different levels of management. Should be diplomatic, flexible, and have a good team approach Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment and build trusted relationships with key decision makers across client organization.
