Job Description

We are seeking a Change Management Lead to play a key role in the expansion of our Organizational Change Management department by ensuring projects meet objectives on time and on budget via increasing employee adoption and usage. In this role, you will focus on the people side of change—including changes to business processes, systems, technology, job roles and organizational structures. The position will work to drive faster adoption, higher utilization and greater proficiency of changes, thereby increasing benefits realization, value creation, ROI and the achievement of results and outcomes. The ideal candidate has experience with change management principles, methodologies and tools, as well as exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

A day in the office looks like this: 

Applying a structured methodology while leading change management activities Conducting Change Impact Assessments Creating strategies for change management Identifying, analyzing and preparing risk mitigation tactics Identifying and managing anticipated resistance Coaching people leaders and project teams Creating actionable deliverables for the five change management levers: communications, sponsor roadmap, coaching, training and resistance management plans Evaluating and ensuring user readiness Managing stakeholders Tracking and reporting issues Defining and measuring success metrics; monitoring change progress Supporting change management at the organizational level 

Qualifications

Got the skills and experience? Here’s what we’re looking for:

5+ years of experience as a practitioner in Organizational Change Management; or equivalent experience  Solid understanding of how change affects associates; experience with Prosci ADKAR® or similar methodology a plus Change management certification or designation desired; Prosci Certification a plus Bachelor's degree in Business, Psychology, Communications or related field; or equivalent experience Excellent active listening skills Ability to clearly articulate messages to a variety of audiences Ability to establish and maintain strong relationships Ability to influence others and move toward a common vision or goal Flexible and adaptable Organized with a natural inclination for planning strategy and tactics Sharp problem-solving and root cause identification skills Able to work effectively at all levels of an organization Acute business acumen and understanding of organizational issues and challenges Familiarity with project management approaches, tools and phases of the project life cycle Experience with mid- to large-scale organizational change efforts
