Responsible for implementing change management in the business unit. This includes ensuring the use and adoption of change management framework and methodology, support to projects to ensure that team members will be able to adjust and adapt, and build change management capability in the business unit Knowledge of the business structure & culture and understanding its goals & objectives. Knowledge of innovation frameworks and tools and its application Knowledge of a Change Management Framework (e.g. Kotter, Prosci, ADKAR, Bridge) Strategic and analytical thinking; solution-focused mindset; effective planning Data Management & Analytics – Has the ability to process data into a meaningful report Possess teaching skills and facilitate learning.
