The Pella Enterprise Change Management Office (ECMO) seeks an experienced and enthusiastic Change Manager to join the team.

As the Change Management Manager, you'll have diverse responsibilities. You'll lead or consult on change management initiatives and lead or coach Change Managers, consultants, and internally trained practitioners to support change management initiatives. In addition, you will bring a passion for bringing out the best in others through strategic coaching and inspiring others to innovate and learn continuously. You will work closely with the Sr. Change Management Manager, Human Resources, Project Managers, and executive sponsors to deliver enterprise change efforts, maximizing adoption, minimizing disruption and resistance, and enabling a change-ready, prepared, and adaptive workforce.
