Responsibilities The Opportunity Change Management Manager will support Transformation Projects/ Business Areas including different scopes and interaction with multi-functional team, including sector and global interfaces. Build a strong Change Management Strategy as required to support the Organization in simultaneous changes; Execute the Change Management support/deployment; Support PBF transformation projects to go through changes as smooth as possible; Map critical changes in order to avoid ruptures and risk to the Organization. Resposible to monitor the proposed action plan and build the impact assessment dashboard; Interact with different levels of Sponsors and Stakeholders (e.g Directors, Sr. Directors, VPs and General Manager) to support change strategy in order to engage right audience to the transition/change scenario; Ensuring the right people have the right information at the right time to take actions; Work collaborative with multifunctional leaders to ensure results and delivery efficiently. Your Impact Apply PepsiCo Change Management methodology to Projects so as the full benefits of the outlined changes are realized; Partner with the project team, functional SMEs and also business areas in the execution of stakeholder management and change impacts plans and activities in line with the Change Management Office (CMO) directions/methodologies; Partner with field HR partners and CoEs to align plans and decisions and to perform organizational design and organization readiness assessments to support effective change execution plans; Control and monitor the project scope, time and budget to ensure that projects stay on track, the staff works efficiently and no impacts affects project/change management scope; Track project plans in differente projects in scope, including roll-out plans –considering other projects/ initiatives and avoid impacts between areas; Identify issues and risks in the relevant areas and communicate accordingly; Support the weekly status meetings and report lead activities ; Track program risks and issues and escalate when required; Suppliers selection/ RFPs if required. Qualifications Who Are We Looking For? Experience of program and project co-ordination/administration, exposure to the end to end project lifecycle; Very strategic view in order to take decisions/support the transition with Sr. Leadership and balance the impacts between the initiatives (one area or cross functional); Deliver change strategy from the very beginig and work close to senior levels (GM, VPs and Directors) during the project/ initiative Results-oriented (demonstrates perseverance and resilience towards reaching objectives, confronts and works to resolve tough issues, exhibits a can-do attitude and a disposition to face significant challenges); Experience in planning and managing timeline (overlaps, dependencies, sequencing, etc); Skill at managing stakeholder groups and balancing diplomacy and tact with assertiveness; Experience with Financial/ budget management; Change Management experience (stakeholder mgmt., change impacts, training and communication) - mandatory Very good prioritisation skills to balance key priorities.
