Welcome Home!We’re more than Canada’s largest independent hardware and building supplies retailer—we’re part of communities across the nation.  Delivering ERP SuccessAs the Change Management Manager- ERP, you will lead the Change and Business Readiness workstream for the D365 ERP implementation, overseeing a cross-functional team responsible for enabling Business Partners to successfully adopt and operationalize ERP-driven changes. Led by the Vice President, ERP and Project Management Office, this opportunity will best suit someone who has excellent communication and leadership skills with a proven ability to drive adoption. Ready to make an impact? Here’s how:  Lead the execution of the Change and Business Readiness strategy specific to the D365 ERP implementation, ensuring alignment with the broader ERP program goals and operating mode.Manage, develop, and support a cross-functional team dedicated to preparing internal teams for ERP-driven transformation. Own the creation and delivery of an ERP-specific Integrated Readiness Plan (IRP), ensuring tight coordination with the EPMO and System Integrator to align with the broader Integrated Project Plan (IPP).Engage early and often with internal business leaders and other key stakeholders to drive awareness, readiness, and ownership of the ERP changes.Establish clear communication and feedback loops to inform, involve, and align all stakeholders around milestones, changes, risks, and readiness levels—escalating issues where needed. Anticipate adoption barriers, pain points, and operational risks, developing targeted readiness interventions and mitigation strategies to address them proactively.Serve as a strategic advisor on organizational change management best practices within a complex ERP environment, applying change leadership, training, and reinforcement tactics that reflect the scale of the transformation.Promote Business Partner readiness as a shared leadership responsibility, coaching sponsors, business leads, and operational managers to lead through change effectively.We’re looking for: Diploma in Organizational Behaviour, Business or Technology, Finance with a minimum of 10 years of experience leading enterprise-scale change and readiness strategies, preferably within ERP or other major technology transformations.Strong hands-on change management skills.Deep understanding of end-to-end processes in large organizations and the impact of new technology capabilities or functionality on business processes.Strong process orientation. Constructs practical business processes that are efficient and deliver desired results. Applies a continuous improvement mindset. SOP development and knowledge.Experience working with or managing external vendor partners.Exceptional stakeholder management and relationship building skills.Methodical and comfortable in solving first- time business problems.Creative thinker. Collaborates with others to test, learn and arrive at creative solutions for the business that are meaningful and achieve desired impact.Demonstrated ability to analyze and interpret data to arrive at meaningful action plans.
