Responsibilities for this impactful role include: \- Develop change organization initiatives involving people, process and software implementation\. \- Apply change management processes to develop and implement effective change organization strategies and plans that maximize employee adoption, improve organization performance, and increase operational efficiencies\. \- Integrate change management activities into project plans by providing expertise and guidance to assigned teams\. \- Conduct change management assessments, including impact analyses, change readiness, stakeholder identification and develop appropriate plans and countermeasures\.
