Your role and responsibilities

In this role, the Change Management Specialist will be responsible for the global management and oversight of change initiatives within the Tax Operations department, including but not limited to the implementation of the Tax Pulse Application Tool. This role involves ensuring effective day-to-day operations, user adoption, continuous improvement, and providing key performance indicators (KPIs). The specialist will also be responsible for documenting future improvements, communicating new releases and feature updates, and collaborating with various stakeholders, including Tax Operations personnel from different hubs, Country Tax Managers (CTMs), and the IS Finance Automation team. The work model for the role is:#LI-onsite, #LI-hybridThis role is contributing to the Finance Operational Service based in Bangalore, India.You will be mainly accountable for: •\tCoordinate with all stakeholders in the global rollout of change initiatives, including the Tax Pulse Application Tool. •\tCreate data sets/reports of reporting units deployed versus available in Finance master data and communicate the same to global stakeholders. Provide user support for Tax Operations personnel and CTMs in day-to-day operations. •\tAddress user queries and provide technical support in collaboration with the MyIS sup#port team by raising and resolving tickets. •\tGather user feedback and communicate necessary improvements. •\tUtilize the PowerBI dashboard to provide comprehensive KPIs as required by global stakeholders. •\tSupport and engage in future developments and special projects related to change management in Tax Operations.

Qualifications for the role

\tAbility to demonstrate your experience in advanced skills. Must have 1-3 years of experience in finance operations activities. Proficiency in using Microsoft Power Platform, including PowerBI. \tAbility to work collaboratively in a global, cross-functional team environment.\tFlexibility to work across different time zones to support global operations.\tDegree in Bachelor’s degree or MBA in Accounting, Finance or Commerce\tYou are at ease communicating with Strong written and verbal communication skills
