Leading Change with ImpactAs a Change Management Specialist- Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), you will be a key player in our transformational journey by supporting the people side of change, helping to create and implement change management strategies and plans to aid in change adoption to help ensure the business is fully ready to accept, monitor and manage the change beyond go live. Led by the Vice-President, ERP & Project Management Office this opportunity will suit someone has extensive experience with change management. Ready to make an impact in a new role? Here’s how:Develop and execute change management strategies specific to the implementation of D365, ensuring alignment with the ERP program goals and organizational priorities.Conduct and document detailed stakeholder impact assessments for the ERP implementation. Facilitate stakeholder engagement to ensure buy-in and readiness for system changes.Create and execute an Integrated Readiness Plan (IRP) in collaboration with ERP program teams, ensuring alignment with the Integrated Project Plan (IPP) and key milestones.Partner with Communications and Learning teams to design and deliver targeted communication and training plans, ensuring end-user readiness for the new D365 system.Collaborate with Process Specialists to ensure new standard operating procedures (SOPs) and business process documentation are delivered and align with the ERP solution.Identify potential resistance or change aversion points related to the ERP implementation. Develop and implement strategies to address and minimize resistance.Gather and synthesize feedback from end-users and stakeholders during the ERP rollout. Adapt change strategies and plans as necessary to ensure effective implementation.Act as a change leader by coaching sponsors, business leads, and other stakeholders on their roles in the ERP change process. Promote a culture of change leadership throughout the implementation. We’re looking for: Diploma in Organizational Behaviour, Business or Technology with industry recognized Change Management Certification (Prosci, CCMP).Proven experience supporting large-scale ERP implementations (e.g., D365 or similar platforms), including understanding the impact of ERP systems on end-to-end business processes in retail or supply chain environments.7+ years of hands-on experience executing change management activities, with demonstrated ability to lead and manage work breakdown structures for change plans across cross-functional ERP project teams.Strong understanding of end-to-end processes and continuous improvement principles. Familiarity with SOP development and process standardization in alignment with ERP rollouts.Exceptional relationship-building skills with the ability to influence without direct authority. Proven experience collaborating with diverse teams and leaders across all levels of the organization.Ability to analyze and interpret data to evaluate the success of change initiatives and drive actionable insights. Communicates insights effectively to key stakeholders.Excellent communication and presentation skills. Able to structure and facilitate workshops, working sessions, and discussions to drive alignment and outcomes.Demonstrated experience in supporting digital transformations, with a clear understanding of how ERP technologies like D365 transform business processes and operations.Experience in defining and tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success and impact of ERP change management strategies.The ability to be onsite three days a week at our corporate office in St. Jacobs, to accommodate our hybrid working model.
