Change Management Specialist II

Hybrid Schedule 

New Job Purpose or Objective: You will lead the change management activities s for high-level IT projects. Focusing on the people side of change, this position must demonstrate a mastery of people relationships and change management principles. You will report to the Director of Change Management.

Tasks:

1. You will conduct change impact and readiness assessments to identify main changes or readiness gaps to affect us.

2. Focus on people relations and developing relationships with all departments making you a trusted partner

3. Develop workshops to train and communicate change activities for partners, senior level executives and large groups to facilitate ongoing engagement with all multiple partners.

4. Support the project team to develop partner outreach and engagement efforts to obtain awareness, understanding, and support.

5. You will prepare communication materials including presentations and written communications identified within the          communication plan. Prepare ad hoc communication material.

6. Develop change management activities to minimize risks of the transition that may change the business.

7. Track planning, execution, and effect of multiple change efforts across the organization.

8. Help create all program-related training materials, approach, training schedule development, training metrics and              measurement approach, training environment management.

9. Help develop strategies and detailed plans to ensure end-user adoption of new tools and business processes related         to enterprise-wide changes, and the ability to understand and undertake work across divisions on enterprise projects.

10. Perform other tasks that may be assigned.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Organization Development or related field or 4 years related experience.Attain Change Management Certification within 90 days.Excellent in communications, training and support, plus employee engagementExperience working with employees at all levels.Project shaping and team communication.3 years' experience in Change ManagementExperience with Cultural Change mindset in an organization
