Currently, we are looking for an experienced Change Management & Training Consultant (California) to join our team. This is an individual contributor and US based, full-time/permanent role. Candidates based in California are preferred as they must be onsite with the client. Candidates based in Washington State, Oregon, Nevada, Arizona or Utah will be considered but must be able to travel and be onsite at 100%.
What You'll Do:
Complete stakeholder assessments, understanding the environment and impacts of the changes with guidance from a Change Leader Communicate effectively with stakeholders across the organization and hierarchy Facilitate change conversations and/or workshops, and build strong relationships Define the OCM strategy and related action plans necessary to successfully influence user adoption using AST change tools and accelerators, working with a Change Leader Actively engage in a change agent network within a client Deploy feedback tools to assess the effectiveness of the change and training activities Collaborate with internal/external clients to develop training programs using existing delivery platforms and tools to achieve defined learning targets Revise, modify and update training materials/presentations to accommodate defined needs Track training outcomes and ensure alignment to business objectives Gather feedback on sessions from attendees for improving future content and presentation Contribute to COE success by recommending/leading innovation and development initiatives Participate in new business development, marketing and thought leadership activitiesWhat You Bring:
Minimum of 4 years’ consulting experience in Change Management, project communications and training Must have experience in both Change Management, project communications and training Experience with Oracle Guided Learning is ideal. Ability to build relationships and work collaboratively across a diverse team Organized, detailed orientated, and willing to plan and track to a project plan Excellent verbal and written communication, active listening and interpersonal skills Certifications in PROSCI, Oracle Guided Learning or equivalent preferred. Able to work in a fast-paced environment with a diverse group of people Capable of working independently, taking initiative with minimal supervision and are willing to step in to help the team, where need Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experienceWhat We Bring:
