Skills and Requirements 1. 10+ years of proven experience with project implementation and change management. 2. Experience in strategizing, architecting and implementing initiatives in a large organization, with progressive levels of responsibility 3. Prosci certified or other change management certifications with strong preference for individuals with demonstrated successes in leading the Change Management workstream in support of large scale transformation programs 4.
