Introduction to the job

As a change manager, you will drive change and transformation of existing end-to-end processes using proven methodologies in order to support ASML's growth. You will play a key role in large scale business transformation projects in the scope of the ASML Business Services (ABS) organization.

Role and responsibilities

You will be part of ABS, a sector providing business services across ASML. We provide services and support in the areas of HR&O, IT, Finance, Strategic Sourcing & Procurement, Sales, Master Data, Reporting, Corporate Real Estate (CRE) and Facilities. The objective for ABS is to be the provider of well-defined services, leveraging cross-sector, highly quality, and compliant processes to be prepared for the growth of ASML. With ABS, we as ASML have moved from functional shared services to cross-sector services and ways of working.
Many enabling activities of Finance, HR&O, IT, Sourcing & Procurement, Sales and CRE that fit the scoping and transitioning principles of ABS have been transitioned.
You will be positioned in the Change Management department within the ABS Capability Center and will report to the Head of Change Management. The Capability Center is responsible for enabling ABS to deliver the highest quality of service in the most efficient way. Your mission is to bring out the best in ABS through change management, leveraging your experience, creativity, resourcefulness, flexibility, and influence.


In this role, you will:

Driving global change programs and shape strategic decisionsOversee enterprise training programs of ASMLCoach teams and change leaders and define long-term change visionsMaintain relationships with the change management communities within ASMLAlign and agree on activities with the deployment project manager(s)Design, coordinate and execute the change management related activities (e.g., stakeholder mapping, change impact analysis, training needs) within a projectDefine and execute appropriate interventions to mitigate change management risks

Education and experience At least 10-15 years relevant working experience in the area of change managementExtensive knowledge of and experience with the most common change management theoriesExperience with implementation of Global Business Services (Shared Services) in a multi-cultural settingExperience with participating in project/program team, leading the communication and change parts in the business transformationProven coaching experienceExperience with setting up a change adoption survey and/or customer satisfaction surveys (Voice of the Customer)
