Job Description
An Insight Global client is looking for a Change Consultant to join our team in Raleigh, NC. This is a contract position. In this role, you will work closely with the Product Management, Global Process Owners (GPOs), and subject-matter experts (SMEs). You will lead the development and execution of change management and communications plans and activities for projects and transformation initiatives, including the client's Sales Cloud program, which is modernizing our Sales Planning capabilities. As a core member of the project team, you will create and implement strategies to ensure readiness and maximize adoption of the changes.
Primary Job Responsibilities
Monitor planned and active project and initiative roadmaps
Apply a structured methodology and lead change management activities
Complete change management assessments
Consult and coach project teams
Create and execute change management plans and deliverables, including communications and training
Track and report issues
Establish and monitor success metrics

Skills and Requirements
Monitor planned and active project and initiative roadmaps

Establish and monitor success metrics 3-5 years experience with organizational change efforts
Proven understanding of change management principles, methodologies and tools
Familiarity with project management approaches, tools and phases of the project lifecycle
Strong written/verbal communication skills
Excellent active listening skills
Ability to clearly articulate messages to a variety of audiences
Ability to establish and maintain strong relationships
Ability to influence others and move toward a common vision or goal
Problem solving and root cause identification skills null
