Pay Rate: $80 Location: Toronto ON Job Type: Contract Our client, a Top 5 Bank in Canada is looking to hire a Change Manager for their team with an initial of 12 contract which is renewable. This role is currently hybrid with 2 days a week in the office. Create comprehensive change management strategy roadmaps and timelines, including stakeholder assessments, communication plans, leadership alignment plans, readiness and sustainment plans, and change metrics. Oversee and integrate the efforts of change management, training, customer experience, marketing, and front-line delivery, ensuring seamless coordination and execution across these areas. Perform thorough assessments to identify and analyze the impact of changes on stakeholders and develop strategies to address their needs and concerns. Organize and conduct training sessions for project stakeholders, ensuring they are well-prepared for the changes and understand the new processes and technologies. Develop engaging project communications and create compelling PowerPoint decks to effectively convey key messages and updates to stakeholders. Create and manage measurement systems to track adoption, utilization, and proficiency of individual changes, and implement reinforcement mechanisms and celebrations of success to ensure long-term sustainability of the changes.
Must have skills: Minimum of 5 to 7 years of dedicated Change Management experience. This is a large-scale business transformation project that will affect employees and customers. Proven experience in not only strategic vision, but also following through on that vision to completion - the role will entail both strategic and tactical efforts. Experience leading teams and/or workstreams. Proficient in Microsoft Office suite: PowerPoint, Excel, Word. Manage multiple and diverse stakeholders with varying needs. Establish and manage communications processes, protocols and plans.
