The Change Manager is responsible for overseeing and managing the change management process within the organization. This role ensures that changes are implemented smoothly and efficiently, minimizing disruption to operations and maximizing employee adoption and usage. The Change Manager works closely with various stakeholders to plan, execute, and monitor change initiatives, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.

About You – experience, education, skills, and accomplishments  

At least 2 years of experience in change management, project management, or a related fieldBachelor's degree in technology, Business administration, or equivalent experience

It would be great if you also had . . .  

Certification in Change Management (e.g., Prosci, CCMP)Experience with change management methodologies and toolsStrong communication and interpersonal skillsExperience in stakeholder management and engagementKnowledge of organizational development principlesProficiency in project management and IT Service Management tools e.g. ServiceNow

What will you be doing in this role? 

Developing and implementing change management strategies and plansConducting impact analyses, assessing change readiness, and identifying key stakeholdersOverseeing and managing communication plans to ensure stakeholders are informed and engagedProviding coaching and support to Change implementers and other IT/Technology stakeholders to facilitate change process adoptionMonitoring and evaluating the effectiveness of changes and adjusting as neededCollaborating with project teams to integrate change management activities into project plansIdentifying and managing risks and resistance to change
