About the role:
Barry Callebaut Digital (BC Digital) is leading the digital revolution in the chocolate industry, and we are seeking a Change Manager Digital Learning & Development to drive this transformation. Reporting to the Head of Portfolio, Governance & Enablement, you will lead BC Digital’s learning and development initiatives, spearhead the "Digital Academy," manage our training portfolio, and enhance onboarding processes to foster a culture of continuous improvement and learning. You will work closely with business and IT stakeholders to identify training needs and create learning opportunities for BC Digital employees.
Key responsibilities:
Create and align digital upskilling and change enablement training programs with business objectives. Identify and assess the organization’s digital training needs through stakeholder analysis. Build a role-specific digital training catalogue, including self-paced learning. Develop mandatory training programs (e.g., Cybersecurity, AI) in collaboration with subject matter experts. Support the creation and growth of BC’s “Digital Academy,” a global digital upskilling initiative. Evaluate and integrate external training platforms to enhance offerings. Track training participation and effectiveness, adjusting programs based on data-driven insights. Oversee and improve onboarding processes for new employees, ensuring smooth integration. Work closely with HR to align with broader HR initiatives and policies. Oversee budgets and resources for learning and development activities, ensuring efficient use. Manage external training approval processes. Assist the Digital leadership team with target setting and evaluations annually. Requires up to 10% travel to key locations, including Belgium, Poland, and other global sites.
About you:
Solid experience in change management, stakeholder management, communication, and training. Background in learning & development, communication, or change management. Skilled in designing and managing digital training curricula. Strong organizational and project management capabilities. Ability to work effectively across all levels of the organization, building positive relationships. Independent, self-motivated, and accountable for tasks and responsibilities. Passionate about organizational growth, seeking creative solutions for continuous development. Willingness to support and share knowledge with colleagues for the team’s collective success. Analytical with strong problem-solving skills, able to communicate complex issues clearly and persuasively.
