JOIN THE TEAM

As Change Manager, you will be part of the Product Family Workforce Enablement, a key driver for the company-wide digitalization. We support the global workforce in adapting and adopting digital and agile ways of working.

Specifically, you will belong to the Global Collaboration stream of new Ways of Working Product Team (nWoW), which supports BASF employees with establishing and improving virtual collaboration. The team offers BASF employees three services:

Sustainable training (self-study) for collaboration applicationsRegular information on upcoming feature advancementsCustomized consulting for teams for optimized virtual collaboration.RESPONSIBILITIES

You will be participating in planning and executing Change Measures for new ways of working tools and initiatives that support collaboration in global organizations (e.g. Microsoft Office Suite), Stakeholder Management, and coordination of relevant communities.

• Develop and deliver business change and communication materials using a variety of media and channels.

• Create documentation and communication materials according to the marketing and communication needs defined by the team.

• Support Collaboration Week, virtual event series, presentations about the new way of working defined by the WoW Team.

• Drive consulting initiatives with internal business partners to enable and improve their ways of working.

• Develop and deliver User Adoption Workshops focused on Microsoft 365 to ensure that employees are effectively trained and supported in using new tools and features

• Ability to work flexibly, plan and coordinate tasks and work within time and budgetary requirements.

QUALIFICATIONS You have a minimum of 5 years’ experience in Change Management, Communication and Learning within the IT in a multinational and multi-cultural organization. You are experienced to manage stakeholders also on executive level. You bring a structured, analytical approach and you’re quality focused. Experience in state-of-the-art methodologies and the willingness to further develop, e.g., agile methodology. You bring technical experience in user adoption strategies for collaboration tools. Excellent presentation skills, virtual and face to face.Be highly motivated, dynamic, methodical, enthusiastic, and able to manage projects. Familiar with New Ways of Working (Collaboration) usage scenarios and digital transformation in large, global organizations, as well as Microsoft tools suite knowledge is a must. Effective team player, a creative and motivated working style with a strong focus on people.
