Position : Change Manager - Infra HFS Platform operations
Work model : Hybrid
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field 7+ years of experience in IT operations, with at least 5 years focusing on change management Strong understanding one or more of Sybase IQ, UNIX, Linux, Windows, and VMware environments Microsoft Azure DevOps (Scrum master experience a desired plus) In-depth knowledge of ITSM frameworks (e.g., ITIL) Experience with ITSM tools (e.g., ServiceNow, BMC Remedy) Excellent project management and organizational skills Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
