Change Manager Technical Solutioning

About the role:

Barry Callebaut Digital (BC Digital) is on a mission to lead the digital revolution in the chocolate industry, and we're looking for a Change Manager to help us lay the technology foundation of our data analytics landscape. As part of our Data Enablement team, you will have the opportunity to contribute to the further development of our differentiating data analytics capabilities. You will drive technical solutioning and ensure that our data products and services portfolio empowers our business towards data driven decision making.
 

Key responsibilities:

Collaborate with business analysts and data experts to analyze requirements and translate them into technical solutions. Support solution design to align with functional, technological, and strategic Data & Analytics requirements. Work with D&A leadership and strategists to design an application landscape that meets strategic objectives. Present system designs and proposals to business and digital stakeholders, explaining how their needs are met. Identify opportunities to enhance D&A processes, workflows, and systems. Conduct training sessions and provide ongoing support to end-users for tools and workflows. Ensure users are well-informed and trained on system changes. Collaborate with other data teams to jointly transform Barry Callebaut’s D&A landscape.
 

About you:

Extensive experience in data management and/or enablement within the food & beverage or manufacturing industry (additional industry experience is a plus). Expertise in advancing an organization’s data analytics capabilities with best-in-class solutions. Strong understanding of modern data analytics systems and architectures. Good knowledge of data analytics processes, data product management, and relevant technologies. Excellent problem-solving skills and a structured, analytical approach. Proven success working within diverse teams and driving change collaboratively on a global scale. Strong skills in building partnerships and networks within and outside the organization. Good verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex problems to non-technical audiences. Passion for digital technology and innovation, consistently seeking creative solutions to improve processes, decision-making, and user experience. Embraces agile methodologies and flexible thinking to adapt to evolving digital trends and business needs. Team player, supporting colleagues by sharing knowledge and experiences to achieve team success.
