**Duration: 12 months contract with possible extension or hiring**
Position will require coordinating virtual meetings with Oslo frequently, so morning availability is essential (8am minimally, but earlier flexibility is a plus).
**Job Description** :
Responsible for implementation of Change Orders in the designated PLM and ERP system, with a focus on document and part changes.
This includes communication with Change Managers on issues identified and provide feedback on how to correct them.
The Change Specialist I implement Pre-Release and Post-Release tasks and enters information into the PLM and ERP system in relationship to the releases of the Change Orders for use within the organization.
**Requirement:**
Entry level, but prefer candidates with change management experience (writing CRs, Change Orders, working in a quality system).
Preferred backgrounds: biomedical engineering, mechanical engineering, electrical engineering - as this will relate most closely to the subject matter of the changes.
Will accept candidates just out of school with degree in Biomedical, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Bio, or Business.
Implement Change Orders for completion and accuracy and provides feedback to Change Managers if issues were identified.
* Interacts with Change Managers to explain basic PLM and ERP system functionality and workflow.
* Manages ERP Product Configuration
