Change the Bank Project Manager for Regulatory Operations - Vice President

As a key component of the Corporate & Investment Bank's Digital & Platform Services, the Payments Client Service, Implementation and Operations (PCSIO) offers operational support to various Payments businesses, payment hub services for all firm divisions, and cross-product cash management services. Payments Client Service, Implementation and Operations (PCSIO) is part of the Digital & Platform Services organization in the Corporate & Investment Bank. PCSIO provides the following capabilities: 

Operational support to the Payments businesses including Treasury Services, Commercial Card, Trade Finance and Merchant Services Payment hub services for all firm wide divisions.  Cross-product cash management, reconciliation and change management services. 

PCSIO consists of over 10,000 employees across 60 sites and supports 142k corporations, financial institutions, governments, and municipalities domiciled in over 180 countries. 

Job Summary

As a Project Manager within the Regulatory Operations, you will be spearheading various programs as part of our Change the Bank team. This role requires a seasoned professional with a strong background in project management, operations management, and regulatory compliance.

Job responsibilities 

Lead and manage large-scale projects within the bank, specifically focusing on changes related to regulatory compliance and operations. Drive initiatives from conception through to completion, demonstrating exceptional leadership and project management skills. Ensure that all projects align with regulatory requirements and bank standards. Collaborate with various departments to understand and integrate regulatory changes into daily operations. Utilize effective project management strategies to deliver projects on time and to a high standard. Execute projects autonomously, efficiently managing resources, timelines, and budgets. Prepare and present regular project updates to senior management, highlighting progress, challenges, and solutions. Drive Measures of Success: Sustainable Regulatory Operations service, able to meet the needs of future demand in an efficient and effective manner; Proactive Regulatory Operations service that is positioned to help drive regulatory agenda across the firm, and; An inclusive culture, that enables all employees, colleagues, and partners to be their true self in the working environment. Required qualifications, skills, and capabilities

A minimum of 10 years of experience in project management, with a significant portion in a banking or financial services environment. Proven track record in operations management and navigating regulatory landscapes. Strong understanding of regulatory requirements relevant to banking and financial services. Demonstrated ability to lead and manage large, complex projects independently. Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
