We are looking for an experienced Channel Communications Manager to drive the development and implementation of NVIDIA Partner Network (NPN) Program communication strategies, plans, and materials to accelerate awareness, partner engagement, and business growth. Work location is Santa Clara, CA.
What you will be doing:
Define, develop, and implement comprehensive partner program communication plans and strategies, ensuring consistency and alignment with business objectives.
Build clear, concise, and compelling content and messaging, customized for target audiences and communication channels.
Develop and implement NPN Program materials and communications, including monthly publications, for partner and internal audiences.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and business leaders to develop communications, ensuring alignment in messaging and business objectives.
Monitor, analyze and report communication metrics to assess effectiveness, making data driven recommendations for continuous improvement.
Foster knowledge sharing, providing mentorship and training to internal teams on recommended approaches and guidelines for channel communications.
What we need to see:
8+ years of channel communications experience, with a track record in developing partner program communications.
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience).
A comprehensive portfolio that demonstrates writing expertise and success in building engaging content, newsletters, and program materials.
Strong understanding of the partner ecosystem and enterprise partners including sellers, builders, integrators, services delivery, and solution advisors.
Highly collaborative and adaptable, builds strong relationships across all levels in the organization.
Strong time-management and organizational skills, with the ability to coordinate multiple initiatives and priorities.
Exceptional writing, editing, PowerPoint, and verbal communication skills.
Proficient in working with marketing automation and content management tools, CRM software, and other communication platforms.

The base salary range is 128,000 USD - 212,750 USD. Your base salary will be determined based on your location, experience, and the pay of employees in similar positions.You will also be eligible for equity and benefits. NVIDIA accepts applications on an ongoing basis.
