The Channel Communications Partner is a position on the Channel Marketing team, reporting to the Manager, Channel Communications. This role is responsible for the composition and correspondence with Marvin’s channel customers, executing against the Channel Communications strategy. To be successful in this role, you must be a natural and skilled communicator with the drive to produce high-quality corporate content that resonates with a variety of audiences.

Highlights of your role In collaboration with Channel Marketing and Channel Communications leaders, follow standard operating procedures to collect requests, prioritize, and produce written content.Partner with subject matter experts and leaders in Sales, Marketing, Product Management and Customer Experience, as well as others across the enterprise, to gather requirements and compose communications.Develop clear and effective communications regarding Marvin products, services, and facilities, and distribute in various content styles, including email (independent and series), bulletins, newsletters, and more.Craft and deploy business announcements and awareness messaging on behalf of Marvin senior leaders. Generate communications from Marvin’s brand voice and tone and maintain consistency across relevant target audiences.Utilize audience personas (POVs) to optimally communicate with channel customers.Communicate internally and externally with clarity, conciseness, completeness, and correctness. Proof and edit all communications to ensure accuracy and quality.Brainstorm and propose various content topics, delivery methods, and testing opportunities to send compelling channel communications.Build working relationships with partners in the Digital Operations function to deploy communications through Marketing Cloud with accuracy and timeliness.Execute on channel communications projects within budgets and timeframes. Compensation $61,000-65,000 You're a good fit if you have (or if you can) Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications or related discipline, or equivalent experienceMinimum of 5 years work experience in marketing or communications, demonstrating successExcellent written and verbal communication skillsCapable of understanding business initiatives and interpreting the needs of channel audiences as well as marketing, sales, customer experience, and product management teamsStrong organizational, planning, and prioritization skills to effectively manage multiple communications simultaneously in a fast-paced, professional environmentProficiency in Microsoft Office programs  Experience with Salesforce CRM preferredExperience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud preferredExperience with Asana preferredGrowth mindset, related to company, professional and personal success We invite you to See Yourself at Marvin
