We have an opportunity for a Channel Data Analyst (Channel Mktng Specialist II) to join us at Honeywell, in Bucharest, where you will play a critical role in driving sales growth and improving sales performance by analyzing data, providing insights, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop effective sales strategies. This is a hybrid role, 3 days at the office + 2 days work from home model.

Key responsibilities
Own distributor data reporting and data mapping for the Productivity Solutions and Services (PSS) business, handling any exceptions and following up on any non-compliance with regards to timeliness and accuracy of data reporting.Conduct in-depth analysis of sales data, including sales trends, product performance, and market dynamics. Develop and maintain complex data models to extract insights and identify patterns.Utilize historical data, market research, and other factors to develop accurate analytics forecasts and projections.Generate regular reports and dashboards to communicate sales performance, trends, and insights to stakeholders and management, including performance of sales initiatives and promotions. Support the design and development of data visualizations, charts, and dashboards using tools like Tableau, Power BI.Stay up-to-date with industry trends, sales techniques, and best practices in sales analysis. Seek opportunities for professional development and leverage new tools and technologies to enhance analytical capabilities.Key skills and qualifications
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college with at least 0-3 years of experience in sales analytics or project management position Knowledge of CRM systems and familiarity with sales data sources and structures. Advanced knowledge of Excel required. Experience of creating/maintaining Tableau and/or Power BI dashboards is highly desirable. Specific knowledge of Salesforce and/or SAP an advantage. Experience with E2Open a bonus, as is Alteryx.Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.Experience of working in cross-functional and virtual teams desirable, as well as willingness to work across timezonesOur offer
