Job Description:

This position is responsible for growing existing customers and developing new customer relationships in the specialty lubricants market in US-North & Canada. This position actively works with local distribution partners to identify and specify new opportunities at current and prospective customers by promoting and selling DuPont MOLYKOTE® Specialty Lubricants solutions for profitable business growth.

Key Roles/Responsibilities:

Building strong relationships with distributors to generate revenue and opportunitiesDefine aggressive mutual objectives with Molykote® DistributorsExecutes effectively against a cohesive business plan with distributorsTeam with distribution reps based on territory, market segment, and coverage needs.Initiating end-user lead generation programs through distributionAchieve against a set of pre-agreed sales targets and KPIs on a monthly/quarterly/annual basis including leading indicators.Ensure consistency in terms of the company’s channel sales strategy & executionBuilding strong working relationships with sales, customer success, channel peers, and channel marketingProvides impeccable support for assigned teams and partnersIdentify, and develop solutions to solve customer problems resulting in new business opportunities and profitable revenue growth which will be documented in Salesforce.Cross-business collaboration, Driving Synergies with Vespel® and other business unitsConsistently articulate Molykote value proposition to distribution teams and prospective partners

Minimum Required Education, Experience and Qualifications:

Bachelor’s DegreeProven experience of managing channel partners or distribution in a technology environmentExperience in facilitating onboarding and enablement activities for distributor channel partners.Familiarity with CRM, Salesforce.com and forecasting systemsStrong Negotiation skillsStrong Presentation skillsExcellent communication skills and Interpersonal skillsAbility to thrive in a team selling environment.Ability to work independently and be a strong team playerAbility to build collaborative relationships internally and with customers and distributors.Strong drive for results and a passion for developing new businesses with new customers.Travel: This position requires 50% travel across primarily in US North and Canada

Preferred skills

7+ years of experience in Technical Service in Lubricants (preferably Specialty Lubricants)Possesses a thorough knowledge of products and targeted applications in Oil & Gas, power generation and energy distribution.Experience utilizing trade shows and other channels along with different conferences both educational and customer oriented.Experience in sales, business development or Marketing in Specialty Lubricants or related industries is a plus.Language: English

The Pay range for this role is $90,930.00 - $142,890.00 Annual

How Base Pay is Determined: DuPont has job leveling frameworks that help organize roles based on progressive levels of responsibility, proficiency and qualifications. Each role has an associated pay range (or an established pay rate for some roles) based on the competitive market in each country where we operate. Each individual’s pay is based on a variety of factors, including their role and the associated pay range for that role, their geographic location (i.e., country, state, metropolitan area), as well as their skills, experience, education and certifications, and performance.
