Role Title: Channel Distributor Manager Location: Zamboanga - Field Based Role & Responsibilities + Oversee distributor operations and ensure effective coverage of channels covered + Land and lead execution of category-growing initiatives to win in the customer via cross- functional engagement and stakeholder management + Localize national strategy in helping distributor deliver priority KPIs (e.g. Reach, Ecov, B2B, assortment targets, etc.) + Ensure perfect basics such as stock availability, replenishment is properly in place,] + Land distributor turnaround strategy in coordination with Channels team + Ensure profitability of the distributor handled within the assigned area.
