Role Title: Channel Distributor Manager
Location: Zamboanga - Field Based
Role & Responsibilities
Oversee distributor operations and ensure effective coverage of channels coveredLand and lead execution of category-growing initiatives to win in the customer via cross- functional engagement and stakeholder managementLocalize national strategy in helping distributor deliver priority KPIs (e.g. Reach, Ecov, B2B, assortment targets, etc.)Ensure perfect basics such as stock availability, replenishment is properly in place,]Land distributor turnaround strategy in coordination with Channels teamEnsure profitability of the distributor handled within the assigned area.Qualifications:
