Unlock your ambition, turn ideas into world-changing realities, and join an organization where every voice makes a difference, and every difference builds a healthier world. tex **Job Description** **Roles and Responsibilities** **Work closely with Channel Partners for the day-to-day business operations.** **Provide financial and non-financial data of channel partner performance to Channel Excellence Leader** **Monitor and maintain records of Channel Partner’s activities and communications, including records, minute of meetings, business review and all legal documents (e.g. Dealership Agreement, NDA, Amendment, training records, etc.),** **Support Channel Excellence Leader for implementing channel partner governance framework from onboarding to offboarding.** **Facilitate trainings to channel partners in terms of operation execution process, tools and policies.** **Ensure partners comply with operational policies and procedures.** **Resolve operational issues and provide timely support to partners.** **Carry out administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, binding, scanning etc.** **Coordinate with internal teams to provide partners with necessary resources and support.** **Identify and implement process improvements to enhance partner operations.** **Co-ordinate and guide partners with the support and information needed to facilitate their effectiveness.** **Assist in the development and execution of partner enablement programs.** **Required Qualifications** **Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, or a related field.** **At least 3-years’ experience in working with channel operations, partner management, or a similar role.** **Strong organizational and project management skills.** **Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.** **Proficiency in CRM software, PBI and Microsoft Office Suite.** **Analytical mindset with the ability of presenting data.** **Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.** **Must be highly motivated, results driven, energetic and capable of multi-tasking in a dynamic, rapidly growing organization.** **Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.** **Takes initiatives, accountability and responsibility for own work.** **Inclusion and Diversity** GE HealthCare is an Equal Opportunity Employer where inclusion matters.
