This position supports channel goals and strategies and helps execute specific marketing and communications deliverables to ensure all messaging is appropriate, effective, and consistent for the assigned region/group. The Channel Marketing II role works to help develop our partner-facing activities and ensure messages are consistent with the overall brand identity and meet company standards. This person will be the point of contact for regional partner marketing activities through utilization of market development funds.


Responsibilities:

• Ensures consistent and coordinated execution of all marketing and communications initiatives, including but not limited to email campaigns, newsletters, social media campaign management, and online marketing assets.

• Provides suggestions to leads and advocates on effective communications and improvements to our partner-facing materials.
• Proactively looks at assigned region/group marketing and communications and provides
recommendations for improving usage, on-going enhancements, implementation, education, and promotion of materials
• Drafts, edits, and approves copy for partner collateral, newsletter articles, social, emails, and other communications vehicles to support various channel and assigned region/group needs.

• Plan with partner end-user marketing activities that drive demand; this will include the alignment, implementation and management of marketing plans, campaign execution and reporting
• Assist partner with enablement activities to ensure the partner sales reps are educated on all programs, tools, and promotions to aid in maximizing Zebra sales 
• Support regional/partner budgeting, project approval, allocation, and reimbursement within the funding platform tool
• Utilize available systems and tools to analyze, track and report funds data and budget
• Project manage and coordinate with our agency partners the planned campaign deliverables that support North America marketing initiatives
• In support of the Channel Marketing Team, collaborate with multiple marketing functions, vertical marketing, portfolio marketing and events management 
• Support channel sales stakeholders with marketing education and enablement communications and resources 
• Maintain and grow partner marketing relationships with regular cadences and consultative approach to increase Zebra mindshare
• Participate in Zebra, industry, and partner events and/or meetings as needed 
• Support other Channel projects and initiatives as assigned.


Qualifications:

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a relevant field2+ years of experience in a marketing (both field & channel) with proven successes related to demand generationExperience with lead generation marketing communication is essentialCandidates should reside in the Texas or Colorado area ideally

Position Specific Information:
10% travel in Central and Western territories required.

Salary: USD 67000.00 - USD 100600.00 Yearly


Salary offered will vary depending on your location, job-related skills, knowledge, and experience.
Additionally, all Zebra roles are eligible for cash incentive programs. For example, sales roles have additional opportunity to earn substantial variable compensation tied to quota achievement. In most other roles, the Zebra annual cash incentive program links Company and individual performance together. Some roles may also be eligible for long-term incentive equity awards.
